TISSNET, conducted by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, is a university-level entrance examination. It serves as the gateway for admission into various PG programs like human resource management, social work, and public development studies offered by TISS.

TISSNET Exam Eligibility Criteria:-
To appear for the TISSNET exam, candidates must meet all the eligibility requirements set by TISS Mumbai. Candidates not satisfying these requirements may not receive the admit card, which is crucial for entering the exam venue on the TISSNET exam.

Academic Qualifications
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 3 years or more course duration from a recognized university.
- Applicants who will complete their final year of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by June 2024 are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates pursuing a 3-year bachelor’s degree should have passed all four semesters when submitting the TISSNET application. Additionally, students in a four-year bachelor’s degree program must have cleared all subjects up to the sixth semester.
Work Experience
Applicants seeking admission to the Master of Arts in Organization Development, Change, and Leadership must possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in any field after their bachelor’s.
Age Requirement
There are no specific age limitations for candidates taking the TISSNET exam.
TISS Mumbai administers TISSNET for admission to various M.A. programs across the four TISS campuses. It’s an online computer-based test comprising three sections: English Proficiency, General Awareness, and Mathematics and logical Reasoning.
According to the most recent official updates, candidates must have graduated from a UGC-recognized university in India. Final-year students can also apply for TISSNET. Providing they have passed all the preceding semester exams.
